Pricing: All prices are listed in pounds sterling and may include taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Product Warranty: Some products sold on our website may come with a manufacturer warranty, details of which can be found on the product page. Other items come with a limited waranty provided by us and further details can be found in the Waranty section.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of products, errors in pricing, or payment issues.

Taxes and Shipping: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or other charges related to shipping outside of the UK.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We offer shipping to the UK and Europe. We will only deliver to the registered address of the payment method you choose to use. We will NOT deliver to any other address. Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and shipping method selected.
Damaged or Lost Items: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

WARRANTY, Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Warranty: We provide a 60 days RTB (Return to Base) warranty with all our refurbished items. This covers the repair of the machine, labour and replacement where necessary. The warranty does not cover battery, cracked screen, any software problem including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. Software disc is not included unless stated in the listing. We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer. For example (physical damages) caused by dropping the item. If an item is listed as "used condition" it may have some scratches or scuffs which are cosmetic and will not affect the working of the machine.
Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to opened software, electronics, or personalized products.
Refund Process: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
